Respite

Wintering in Ocala, Florida is sublime. We stabled our horses at Nelson Jones Training Center which was not only beautiful, but efficient and accommodating. There are so many live oak trees that I believe due to their size must have witnessed the Civil War. Every sunrise sent the light filtering through the Spanish moss and the birdsong was a lovely accompaniment.
